Project Genesis (2012)
Ali Commercial City was launched in 2012 by Dhani Bux Mahar with a clear vision: to establish Sukkur's first premium commercial hub. The project began with the strategic acquisition of prime land near the Main Bus Terminal, ensuring it would become the city's trade epicentre.
02. Development Phase
Infrastructure Construction (2013-2014)
During this period, massive construction efforts were initiated. We prioritized a solid foundation, starting with deep sewerage systems followed by high-quality road carpeting that could withstand heavy commercial traffic.
03. Completion & Handover
Possession & Business Activation (2015)
The project reached full maturity in 2015. We began the physical handover of retail shops and executive plaza units to investors. This phase marked the transition from a construction site to a functional business district.
04. Legal Security
Registry & Transfers (2016-Ongoing)
